DEMONSTRATION DAYS AT THE STUDIO

Our Demo Days have proved to be very popular. Please note no booking is required for the Demo Days – just turn up and enjoy a great day at The Studio.

We will enjoy showing you the ins and outs of the various tools that we sell. These will include demos of all the new stamps coming onto the market from the US but we also have British stamp designs from Companies such as Hobby Art and Banana Frog.

We have got lots of lovely items made up from the new papers and embellishments that are being delivered. It is so easy to create designs when the products are of such high quality in both design and manufacture – come and see the results.

Just turn up and join in making & taking and see all the new inspirational designs we have to offer! Each demo day will be different but be assured there will always be something great to have a go at. Refreshments & homemade cakes will be on sale!

Demos Dates are on the following Saturdays from 10:00am to 4pm:

Saturday 29th March Demonstrations with Make & Takes of all the wonderful new stamps that have come into The Studio
Saturday 19th   April Bind-It-All, Cricut and Cuttlebug rolled into one Demo Day
Saturday 10th May Lots of papercrafting on this day – Demos and Make & Takes – boxes, bags, books and much more
Saturday 14th June A bit of everything – have a go at lots of techniques which you have seen but always wanted to try

ALL DAY WORKSHOPS

Always a popular choice! Come along and enjoy a full day of papercrafting & cardmaking. You will produce exquisite designs using an assortment of tools, accessories & equipment. All refreshments and home made cake provided – just bring a packed lunch.

Payment

We will require full payment at the time of booking for all lessons booked, with the exception of All Day Workshops. You will be able to book the All Days with a 50% deposit with the balance payable at the class. The part payment scheme that we have operated since we opened has caused a lot of confusion with loyalty points and problems with people not attending lessons they have booked when we have a waiting list of other customers who have not been able to attend. We will continue to provide professional and enjoyable classes & workshops and hope we have your understanding with this change.

For those of you who have never been to The Studio these are perfect lessons. You’ve got cupboards and drawers full of crafting goodies but no inspiration! Let’s give you that to you – well as much as we can fit into two hours! – nothing to bring but yourselves!

Daisy Bucket
I really enjoyed designing the cards we are showing in this class! When you have excellent quality in design of paper it takes very little to turn them into great looking cards.

For those of you who have never done an ATC – or for those of you who just want even more inspiration then this is the class for you – included is a novel way of displaying your ATC’s.

ATC’s are Artist Trading Cards always 3.5”x2.5” decorated as you would do a full size card but they are never sold only given as a random act of kindness.		 Tuesday 13th May

If you would like us to offer a class that you do not see in the above selection, then email or talk to Jayne and she will try her best to include it in her next schedule.

4 –If The Card Studio has to cancel a lesson and it is not rescheduled a full refund of your monies will be returned to you.

5 –Whilst you are welcome to bring any of your own tools (e.g. – tweezers, scissors) to the lessons, The Card Studio cannot accept responsibility for their loss or damage and you are advised to mark them so that they are easily recognisable.
