WORKSHOP WEEKENDS AT THE STUDIO!
CARD CRAFT WEEKEND BOOKINGS NOW BEING TAKEN FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR
Following the success of our Craft Weekend Extravaganza’s in March we have decided to change the format of our Weekend Workshops and hold two full days of non-stop crafting at our design studio in the heart of Kent.
The weekend will include seven workshops with two items in each workshop that you will make and take away with you. Workshops and demonstrations will include all the up to date materials and tools that are on the market at that time, with lots of experts on hand to answer your questions and queries.
A typical Weekend Workshop will start at 6.00 to 6.30 on Friday for Registration followed by the first Workshop 7-9pm. This evening helps everyone to get to know each other and an opportunity to get to know the tools and techniques you’ll be using as well as a chance to browse. Saturday kicks off at 9.00 with 4 workshops and we arrange optional entertainment in the evening after you have had a chance to get dinner and freshen up at your chosen B&B or hotel. Saturday evening runs from 7.30-9.30pm. Sunday kicks off at 9.30 with 3 workshops leading to a wrap up at 4pm and departure at 4.30. You’re free to browse and shop throughout the weekend. We generally suggest that you store all your items in a container which we provide and then we prepare a bill for payment at the end of the weekend.
Demonstrations and examples of all the popular machines and tools on the market will be provided during the weekend.
Hundreds of designs displayed within The Studio for you to be inspired by and to have the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
Homemade buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Homemade cakes – our specialty – and refreshments throughout the two days.
We use only top quality ingredients for our designs – you will not be disappointed and the standards will be at the same high level that our customers have come to know and look forward to again and again! We have a repeat booking ratio of over 70% and that is why we are arranging more weekend workshops in this new format to accommodate more demand from our customers.
Fully stocked shop on site!
We have a selection of local B&B’s and Hotels for those of you traveling from afar to choose from – the accommodation is booked and paid for directly by you. Our most distant customers to date have joined us from Guernsey and Ireland!
The cost is £125.00 per person to include all materials, tools and accessories used in the workshops as well as your Card Studio Goody bag and the make & takes that you will have the opportunity to experience.
