If you have questions or concerns or are having difficulty shopping on or using the site then please do contact us by phone. We find that it is often easier to resolve questions or issues by phone than by email so please call us on 01622 747002 during normal business hours. These are Tuesday to Saturday inclusive 10am to 4pm excluding English Public Holidays when we are closed.

If you have suggestions about additional items that you want to buy through the shop but are not yet featured please let us know. We are always willing to listen to your ideas about our shop and how it could be improved.
