IMPORTANT NEWS FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS
SALE DAY!!!
I can’t believe the longest day is almost upon us! Although I have
been designing Christmas cards for the past two weeks – so my brain
is pretty shook up when it comes to seasons.
Even though we no longer have the shop at Langley Golf Centre we are still
holding our mid-year sale. It will be on Saturday 26th June 2010 at St
Nicholas Church Hall, Poplar Grove, Allington, Maidstone, Kent ME16 0DE
from 11.00 to 3.00.
We now have a great reputation for “THE BEST SALES” and this
one will be no different!
We will be clearing out a lot of our storage so lots of paper stands, wooden
shelves and “kitchen” units etc will be for sale at amazing
prices!! – great for all your craft rooms!! We need to make room
in our storage facility for the great autumn and winter stock that will
be arriving from July onwards.
Thank you for all your lovely feedback concerning my blog site! I am regularly
updating with inspirational ideas – check it out!!!! Ollie has been
freshly groomed for photo ops!
We have a few places on the one day workshops which are listed below:
The 1 Day Workshops at Langley are on the following dates:
12th SEPTEMBER
10th OCTOBER
24th OCTOBER
7th NOVEMBER
Langley Village Hall, Horseshoes Lane, Langley ME17 3JY is less than 2
miles from The Maidstone Golf Centre where our shop used to be. Coming
from Maidstone keep on the Sutton Road and turn left at The Crown and Horseshoes
Pub into Horseshoes Lane, bear first left continuing on Horseshoes Lane
and you’ll find Langley Village Hall on the left with ample car parking
and level access.
The dates are all Sundays and the timings are 10am-4pm on each day. Each
of the workshops will have a different theme. You can be assured that every
day will be just as great as they have been in the past. Places are limited
on these one day workshops – a £10.00 deposit will secure your
place on any of the dates with the full balance payable on the day. The
price of each workshop is £35.00. Jayne’s famous homemade cakes,
teas & coffees are included.
The Craft Weekend Extravaganzas at Ashford International Hotel are still
taking place - full details on our website at www.thecardstudio.com but
the shop will not be open to the public.
The March event was a great success with many repeat bookings already made
for later in the year. One customer who has been to many other craft weekend
events but the first time to ours said this “was the best of any
by a long way”.
The remaining available dates are as follows:
1st – 3rd OCTOBER – Card Making
12th - 14th NOVEMBER – Scrapbooking
All we need is a £50 deposit to secure your place.
We are always at the end of a phone or email if you have any questions
you need answering and you will still be able to order anything you need
by phone (01622 747002) or email (jayne.cardstudio@virgin.net or jim@thecardstudio.com).
We accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. Make sure you have
your loyalty card with you when placing an order so that points can be
added. You will need to quote the long 17 digit number on the front of
the card.
My apologies that the website is still not available but it is one of the
items suffering from lack of Jim’s time. For the present please call
with what you need and we’ll make sure you get what you want!
